At Bradford N. Oesch, P.C., we pride ourselves on providing excellent legal service to our clients and guiding each client through the legal process necessary to obtain a successful case outcome for over 32 years.

Our practice is primarily focused on personal injury claims, including catastrophic and wrongful death claims, auto collisions, premises liability, and product liability claims resulting in severe injuries. If you have a matter that is outside our scope of practice we will do our best to refer you to a qualified experienced lawyer to help you achieve your desired result.

Recently we have discovered a way to recover civil damages for date rape and the transmission of STDs during consensual sex from a Homeowners/Renters policy.  If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted by a friend or date, we can help you get the counseling you need and recover civil damages.  Most of all, we can stand up for you when the Criminal Justice System will not!

Our firm provides initial free consultations, and most of our cases are taken on a contingency fee basis, which means that we do not charge a fee or expenses if we are unable to obtain a recovery for the client.
