Bradford Oesch, Attorney
(Brad)
Brad was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Irving. After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Navy and was stationed at the Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, Florida, where he was promoted to Executive Officer’s Yeoman and then to Legal Office Supervisor.
After his Navy active duty services, Brad continued his military career as a YN2 in the Navy Reserves while studying at the University of Houston, where he eventually obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In December 1991, Brad pursued his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law, graduating at the age of 35. During his time in the Navy, college, and law school, he also earned a Second Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.
Law School Achievements
While at South Texas, Brad was elected Vice-Justice and then Justice of the Sam Houston Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta International Legal Fraternity. He served as the Law School Chapter’s Delegate to the International Convention in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1990, on the Board of Advocates, and on the Student Executive Committee.
Law Practice
Admitted to the Texas bar in 1992. Brad celebrated his 33rd year of active legal practice last May 1, 2025, and after working for several small law firms, he decided to open Bradford N. Oesch, P.C. in the fall of 1992. Two years later, he partnered with Neil Leibman and established Leibman & Oesch, L.L.P.
In 1998, Leibman & Oesch was dissolved, and Brad moved his firm to its current location at 800 Bering, Suite 201, State of Texas, Texas 77057, where he focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury claims and general civil litigation and has successfully taken on cases from their infancy stage all the way to the Texas Supreme Court.
Personal Life
Brad is the proud father of two beautiful adult daughters and believes his success comes more easily because he truly enjoys his work and has committed his life to helping others. He was married to Nancy Goodell until her passing in 2009.

Sara Hanamura, Attorney
Sara has worked in the legal field for more than 12 years. Her expertise includes legal research and writing, all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation case management, trial preparation, and support. Sara is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and pending licensure as an attorney in Texas.
